What is the PDP Service? |

Our service is designed to: How we do this is by walking you through a turn-key fundraising process that we have developed over nearly 20 years of helping to raise funds for our own local schools as well as hundreds of other programs around the country, with a process that has proven successful year after year. This process requires no selling and very little work from you or your participants. Our service is designed so that WE do most of the detailed work and YOU keep most of the money. |

The PDP process is done utilizing our unique Two-Way Sponsor-Letter approach, which we customize specifically for your program promoting your activities and the hard work of your group's participants. What is unique is that we have designed the process to minimize the time and effort you need to put in while maximizing the returns you generate every year. PDP literally takes care of 95% of the detailed work during this process. We simply walk you through 3 easy steps in our successful process. Rather than have your participants go door-to-door to sell something or collect money, PDP helps your program generate contributors to your fundraiser, largely from outside the community and not primarily from businesses. All the funds go directly to your school or booster account, so there is no risk of having someone else handle your funds. There is no up-front cost -- you only pay PDP after funds are collected, out of the proceeds of your fundraiser. Part of our service is also making sure you can rely on this process year-after-year, so it includes our tracking, reporting and thanking all of your contributors for you during the project. An experienced PDP Project Manager will also go over your results with you and discuss strategies to improve or maintain your results each year. (See annual results for one program listed below. Teams typically raise $100-$200 per athlete participating.

Why use PDP? |

Simply put, PDP can save you time while making you more money. We believe you will find this to be the "easiest and most money you can make" (to quote many of our clients). We offer a high profit margin for relatively little work. PDP frees up time so coaches can coach, teachers can teach and boosters can concentrate on other fundraising activities to supplement what PDP does (without conflicting!). One of the great things about the PDP method is that it doesn't rely on the local community, so it doesn't preclude you from doing other fundraisers. We don't see ourselves as competing or conflicting with what a booster club does. In fact, many booster clubs who used to do something similar had PDP take over the process and they became MORE profitable because of the time we freed up for them to do other things locally on an annual basis. |

Essentially, PDP is a partner in your fundraising efforts. Not only do we do most of the work, but we also invest the money to get our proecess started. This is not something that is just handed to you (or sold to you) where you have to go and try to figure out how to make a profit out of it.
